Terms and Conditions for trade and retail customers

Retail telephone and internet terms and conditions

Payment – Strictly prior to despatch.

Title - Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.

Carriage - Carriage is charged on all purchases at the rate provided on the web site. Guaranteed next day delivery only applies to working days e.g. Monday to Friday. If you ask for next day delivery on a Friday it will delivered to you on the following Monday (bank holidays are excluded from this). However Saturday deliveries can be arranged by contacting us.

VAT - All prices listed are inclusive of VAT. All orders to addresses within EU member states will be charged VAT at the current rate, where applicable.

Claims or Shortages - Notification of faulty goods or shortages must be made to Terminator Clothing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Non Delivery - Notification of non-delivery must be made within 7 days of the order date.

Descriptions - We are careful to ensure that descriptions and photographs represent correctly the products available. As it is our policy to continually improve products, methods and materials, we reserve the right to change specifications from time to time.

Availability - All goods offered are subject to availability.

Returns – We offer a no quibble refund policy for any goods returned within 14 days of placing the order subject to the goods being in perfect condition and fit for re-sale. The refund is for the goods only and does not include the postage costs. This will not affect your statutory rights.

Confirmation of order – A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon receipt of your order. This is only possible when a valid e-mail has been submitted with your order. If you do not receive a ‘Confirmation of Order’ e-mail after submitting your order, please call on 01933 411333.

Trade Terms and Conditions

Payment – 50% of the invoice is payable when the order is placed and the remaining 50% when the order is received by the customer.

VAT – Trade prices are available on request and are shown excluding VAT. All orders to addresses within EU member states will be charged VAT at the current rate, where applicable.

Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Terminator Clothing Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
